Our 99-Day Garden Path Promise
Good things—like trust, like tomatoes, like friendships—need time to grow.
That's why we give you 99 full days (a complete growing season) to decide if your shirt is right for you. Not 30 days. Not 60. A full season to wash it, wear it, garden in it, and see if it becomes your favorite.
If it doesn't? We'll make it right.
If You Don't Love It (Refunds)
Not feeling the joy? We'll refund every penny AND you keep the shirt as our gift.
No return shipping. No questions. No guilt.
We're that confident this will become your favorite gardening companion.
How it works:
- Email us at support@inspiredgardenlife.com within 99 days
- Tell us what didn't work (this helps us grow)
- We'll process your full refund within 5-7 business days
- Keep the shirt—gift it to a fellow gardener, donate it to a local thrift store, or repurpose it in your potting shed 🌿
If You Need a Different Size or Color (Exchanges)
Ordered a Medium but need a Large? Want the military green instead of navy?
We've got you—and we've designed a better path than the usual return runaround.
Here's what you WON'T have to do:
- ❌ Print a return label
- ❌ Find the original packaging
- ❌ Drive to the post office
- ❌ Stand in line on your afternoon off
- ❌ Wait 2-3 weeks for your replacement to arrive
Here's what you WILL do:
- Keep your original shirt — gift it to a fellow plant lover, donate it to a local charity, or make it your new potting-shed shirt 🌿
- Pay a small shipping & handling fee for your new shirt (varies by item and location)
- Receive your replacement in days, not weeks
The new shirt is on us—free. The S&H fee simply covers packaging and shipping. No back-and-forth across the country, no unnecessary miles on a delivery truck, no weeks of waiting. Just the right shirt, faster.
Please note: We offer one exchange per order. If you're unsure about sizing, check out our Natural Fit Finder or Video Sizing Guide. Additional exchanges for size or color will be charged at full retail price.
To start an exchange: Email support@inspiredgardenlife.com with:
- Your order number
- What you have (size/color)
- What you need (size/color)
We'll send a payment link for the S&H fee, and once confirmed, your new shirt ships within 2-3 business days.
Damages or Defects (Our Mistake = Our Fix)
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item:
- Email us immediately at support@inspiredgardenlife.com
- Include a photo if possible (helps us improve with our print partners)
- We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund—your choice
- Keep the original (or donate it if you prefer)
Our errors are always corrected at no cost to you.
A Few Exceptions 🚫
We can't accept returns on:
- Gift cards (they don't expire, though!)
- Custom or personalized orders (made just for you)
European Union: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason and without justification, per EU consumer protection regulations. The same "keep the shirt" policy applies—no need to ship anything back.
